- Applicants in all art and crafts media are welcome to apply to exhibit. All work must be original in both design and execution.
- Everything sold on quailhollow365.com is handcrafted-- conceptualized and handmade by you-- so please respect our credo and do not submit images of mass-produced objects.
- In exceptional situations, quailhollow365 will permit the sale of vintage items and collectibles, especially those with unique histories, if their provenance is known. Please contact us if you are thinking of exhibiting such an item.
- All past and present Quail Hollow exhibitors are already approved to sell on quailhollow365.com.
Procedure for selling on quailhollow365.com
- If you're an artist or craftsperson interested in becoming an exhibitor on quailhollow365.com please register as a seller by going here or click on "register" on the upper right corner of our home page, and then on "register as a seller."
- Because we are committed both to upholding the high standards of Quail Hollow Events, as well as fostering an arts community online, we will carefully review all work submitted on our site.
- If you have any questions regarding registering as a seller, or need step-by-step instructions, please email oli@quailhollow365.com.
- After registering as a seller, you will create a profile, where you can write about yourself, your work, your process, etc. You will then upload images of the hand-crafted items you wish to sell on quailhollow365.com, and after providing a detailed description of each item for sale, you will state the item's price, its dimensions and shipping details.
- When uploading your images, make sure the images showcase your unique style (multiple viewpoints are desirable).
Commission & Fees
- Quailhollow365.com takes a commission of 5% for every item sold on the site.
- There is no charge to upload images and maintain your booth space on quailhollow365.com
